Vū announces launch of Vū One Mini
1:31

Following the debut of Vū One last September, Vū One Mini promises an even more accessible and cost-effective option for companies looking to set up virtual production facilities.

Virtual production can save productions a huge amount of money, but the capital costs of setting it up aren’t cheap. When Vū launched its Vū One last year, its multipurpose ‘all-in-one’ studio for virtual production, despite the fact that it lowered the bar for setting up such a system considerably it still cost $249k.

Vū One Mini drives down prices even more and is available starting at $99k. It features a compact screen size of 12 feet wide x 7 feet tall, adding portability to the affordability part of the equation. It also features a hydraulic stand to allow for easy vertical movement to reach a maximum height of 9 feet 6 inches, further enhancing its flexibility and ease of use.

Beyond the physical components, key to the Vū One Mini’s capabilities is its integration with Vū’s Virtual Studio software platform, which provides seamless control of the LED wall, lighting and cameras. In fact, built-in camera tracking and options for lighting and camera integration make it a comprehensive tool for content creators, while the fully redesigned power supply can power the whole thing on just a single standard 20 amp wall outlet.

Vū One Mini is available for purchase as of now. For more information on Vū One Mini, and to book a free 15-minute demo, visit vu.network/one.
