Tilta updates Khronos Ecosystem for iPhone 16 Pros

Tilta has overhauled its well-regarded Khronos Ecosystem for mobile filmmakers and made it compatible with the iPhone 16 Pro series.

We like the original Khronos Ecosystem when it came out for the iPhone 15 Pro at last year's NAB and Tilta has further developed it to match the aspirations of those shooting on the newest iPhone pro series.

If you haven't come across it before, the basic USP is that it's a modular system designed to seamlessly integrate with the iPhone and features a protective case with integrated circuitry, providing power and connectivity to a wide range of accessories. • Lightweight Design: 15% lighter than the previous generation for improved portability.

• Tool-Free Installation: Patented anti-slip quick release system for effortless setup and removal.  

• Camera Control Pass Through: Retain full access to the iPhone 16 Pro's camera control functionality.  

The Ultimate Kit costs $499 (currently 10% off at launch), while prices start at $129 for a basic cage that will give you a plethora of mounting points.
