Based on a report from canonrumors.com, it seems the camera maker is launching the 70D, its update on the 60D crop sensor camera, very soon.
If you can believe the info coming out of the website Canon Rumors (and we do), it appears that Canon will refresh its product line with the 70D, with new features and improvements over its popular 60D DSLR. Highlights include a larger sensor, a dual pixel CMOS autofocus system boasting 500% speed increase, and built-in WiFi. Look for an announcement/launch as early as July 2nd. No word on price, but expect it to debut between $1000-$1200, in keeping with the 60D's original MSRP.
