The Mark II update of PRODUCER introduces several features designed to enhance project management and collaboration for video production teams of all sizes.
The PRODUCER SaaS video workflow tool is celebrating hitting 10,000 users partly by rolling all the feedback of that growing installed base into developing and releasing a range of new features to further enhance the software.
These include:
Project Calendar (Open Beta): PRODUCER now includes a Project Calendar, offering a visual representation of project steps, tasks, and dependencies displayed as a Gantt Chart. Teams can now see the entire project timeline at a glance, identifying potential bottlenecks and ensuring timely progress. The project calendar is currently in Beta to be released within the coming weeks.
Enhanced Status Updates: The revamped status updates feature offers a detailed and accurate representation of project progress. Users can select from six different statuses: "Not Started," "In Progress," "On Hold," "Needs Review," "Changes Requested," and "Approved."
Step assignments: Steps can be assigned to any person inside the project.
External Links: The new version also includes the highly requested ability to add external links. Users can add a direct link to a Google sheet, cloud storage files, websites, and other resources directly into their projects, providing greater flexibility and eliminating the need to move files around.
Numerous UI & UX improvements: Also added in the PRODUCER Mk II are numerous improvements such as the option to duplicate existing projects, multi-field editing, list views with tags, simplified guest invitations and much more.
PRODUCER subscriptions start at $25 per month for an annual subscription and $29 per month for a monthly subscription for one user including 50 GB storage.
