Bluetti Elite 200 V2 Portable Power Station promises over 17 years of charging

Bluetti’s new Elite 200 V2 is a 2KWh powerful portable power station designed for easy and convenient backup power and off-grid shoots.

Portable power is a hot sector at the moment with several new products from established players, well-known companies moving into this space, and new entrants launching new kit, so expect to see a few alternatives as the week progresses. We’d call it battery week, but after all things Black Friday that’s probably a theme too far.

Anyway, Bluetti is definitely from the first category here; an established company that has built itself an excellent reputation for portable power over recent years. And Its new Elite 200 V2 is precisely what you get after analysing the feedback from selling over 200,000 units of the AC200P battery. That was the world's first portable power station to use LiFePO4 battery technology, and the new unit takes it all up to another level.

Bluetti was one of the first brands to adopt LiFePO4 batteries while others used NCM batteries with only 500 life cycles. Ultra-long-lasting automotive-grade LFP batteries raise the bar considerably. The Elite 200 V2 boasts a 6000+ cycle lifespan, pretty much guaranteeing it for 17 years of daily use. 

It delivers a powerful 2600W output across plenty of different connectivity options from its 2,073.6Wh battery, but a Power Lifting mode allows users to access up to 3900W when required. Size is 13.78 × 9.84 × 12.74 inches (350 × 250 x 323.6 mm). 40% smaller than its predecessor, and it weighs 53.4 lbs (24.2 kg).

Turbo charging lets you top off the Elite 200 V2 to 80% in just 50 minutes with a dual AC and solar setup, while a 560W high-speed car charger enables recharge in just 4.2 hours while driving between stops. Solar charging at a maximum of 1000W is aided by built-in solar tracking technology that automatically activates to capture solar energy whenever there is light. 

It also operates as low as 16dB, making it eminently practical for use on set.

The Elite 200 V2 is available now and if you’re quick you can still get it at the launch price of $1099 rather than the standard $1999 that it will move to after the Black Friday period ends.
