Atomos’ firmware for its popular Ninja and Shogun monitor recorders hits v 11.13 and adds support for Canon C80 HDMI RAW 6K modes and more.
Atomos’ iteration of its Ninja and Shogun firmware continues with the company focusing on assets for the Canon C80 in the latest release as well as the Canon R1.
AtomOS 11.13 new features:
- Support for Canon C80 HDMI RAW 6K modes
- 6024x3184 at 50, 59.94 fps
- SDI filenaming for Canon C80
- Support for Canon R1 HDMI RAW 6K modes
- 6024x3182 at 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 50, 59.94 fps
This adds to a whole host of new features that have been included over the past months. Since September and AtomOS 11.10 this has seen the introduction of:
- Direct pairing to Frame.io Camera to Cloud
- Major NDI support upgrades
- All NDI activations now support transmitting and receiving HD and 4K media
- Now supports NDI6
- Now certified to HX3
- HDR is now supported for HLG and PQ/ST 2084 media
- NDI groups, multicast and device name are now configurable
- ProRes RAW recording support for Fujifilm X-M5
- 6.2K – 3:2 (6240 x 4160) at 23.98p, 24p
- 5.2K – 16:9 (5232 x 2944) at 23.98p, 24p, 25p, 29.97p
- Addition of Dropbox and Dropbox Replay as direct camera-to-cloud targets
