Ateliere says Ateliere Live offers a proven live workflow that reduces production costs by at least 50% and lowers environmental impact by up to 70%.

First though, headlining the showcase at NAB is the next-generation Ateliere Connect. This leverages AI-powered video analysis, smart metadata tagging, and automation to scale easily, optimize strategically, and features the following:

  • Enhanced Workflow Orchestration: AI-powered task management predicts workflow needs, automates planning, and ensures efficient content delivery.

  • Connect Insights: A data-driven analytics layer offering prescriptive solutions to workflow bottlenecks, enabling better ROI and operational improvements.

  • MediaFind: Utilizing generative AI, this service dives deep into content libraries to enrich metadata, recognize emotional tones, and generate short-form content optimized for social sharing.

“At Ateliere we recognize that the content supply chain is undergoing a radical transformation,” said Dan Goman, CEO of Ateliere. “Optimization and cost savings alone are no longer enough—profitability is imperative. In a world where AI is reshaping media operations, the next frontier isn’t just efficiency—it’s intelligent monetization. That’s exactly what Ateliere is delivering, and what we’re excited to showcase at the 2025 NAB Show.”

Meanwhile, the company says that Ateliere Live offers a proven live workflow that reduces production costs by at least 50% and lowers environmental impact by up to 70%. This all-GPU software-defined live production system replaces traditional broadcast hardware with an agile system of software and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware.

A NAB demo will give attendees the chance to participate in real-world production scenarios, with programs aired on “Ateliere TV,” a live 24x7 TV channel. Demos will showcase Ateliere Live's capabilities in sports and news production, featuring real-time multi-camera sports capture, seamless news rundown integration with Cuez, precise scheduling via Squared Paper’s Busby, dynamic graphics from Singular.Live Studio, and compact live mixing solutions with MakePro X Live Frame

Interestingly, Ateliere will also debut a special TAMS demonstration, based on a BBC R&D initiative promoting time-addressable media storage for next-generation media applications. This integration empowers producers to swiftly access and replay timestamped live footage, enabling rapid editing, seamless social media sharing, and live broadcast insertion—redefining speed and efficiency in remote sports and live event production.

“A key driver of next-generation content production is the ability to move content seamlessly—enriched with contextual metadata—across the entire media lifecycle, from production through post and into distribution. That’s how we unlock greater efficiency, visibility, and ultimately, monetization,” commented Goman. “Ateliere Live is uniquely positioned to enable this TAMS use case, thanks to the time-stamping of all ingested production media - a core capability of the system.”
